Randy is recently retired as the Director of Finance & Accounting for Central Processing Services, LLC, a privately held company in suburban Detroit. He has a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Wayne State University. He has over 30 years of experience in a variety of Controller/CFO positions for mid-size privately held companies.
